The hotel has a friendly staff and a nice bar, but the rooms are small and filthy with unclean beds and bathrooms. However, the location is great with seafront views. The dining experience is lacking, and some service issues were encountered.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were fair-sized and had what we needed, but the loud music was quite disruptive, especially considering the price I paid for the room. The room itself wasn't as nice as expected, which was a bit disappointing.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were fair-sized and had what we needed, but the loud music blaring out was a bit too much. The room wasn't as nice as the one we had booked.
Service
7.0
The service was accommodating, and I appreciated being able to check in early at 1 pm. The staff member I interacted with on arrival was informative, happy, and explained everything well, which was great.
Location
8.0
The location of the hotel was really good, being by the pier. This is especially great for families with more than two children. However, the noise level from the smoking area below was a bit bothersome, especially late at night.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had nicely cooked food with lots of choices, but the breakfast could have been better for the price paid. Some of the traditional Italian dishes were a highlight.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel facilities were a bit mixed. There were claims about broken facilities, but in general, they were decent. It could have been better for the price paid.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right on the seafront with great views, but the service was friendly yet a bit pricey for the outdated hotel. The dining had its ups and downs, and the room, even though warm in the mornings, offered a unique feel without feeling cramped.
Rooms
7.0
Despite being warm in the mornings, the room had a unique feel overlooking the sea, which I appreciated. It didn't feel claustrophobic, and having extra space due to the layout was a bonus.
Service
6.0
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location provided amazing views. However, the service seemed to lack a bit considering the high price for a hotel in need of updating.
Location
9.0
The location was brilliant, right on the seafront with easy parking, which was a real bonus. Room 101 offered a perfect view of the Brighton Wheel, and the overall view of the beach was superb.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was a mix. While the food was fresh and seasonal, the free breakfast offered wasn't too great. Price-wise, it had its value for the quality of the products.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities in the hotel were good, with a nice bar and club area, although the need for updating was noticeable. Despite this, the experience was modern and enjoyable.
